White Jade Gua Sha Guide

Gua Sha is a traditional technique that has been used for centuries to encourage circulation, support lymphatic flow, & reduce facial tension. It’s been shown to increase microcirculation & oxygen to the skin, which can soften fine lines & help your skin look more lifted & radiant over time.

We chose white jade for its calming energy and natural cooling properties. It holds its temperature well and feels beautiful on the skin.

What It Supports:

  • Healthy circulation

  • Lymphatic drainage and de puffing

  • Facial tension relief (especially through the jaw & brow)

  • Sculpting and lifting over time

  • Better absorption of your skincare

How To Use Your Gua Sha

Step 1: Prep

Cleanse the skin and gently pat dry. Apply Grace Face Oil to the face, neck and décolletage. Make sure there is enough oil so your tool doesn’t drag the skin.

Step 2: Gua Sha

1. Hold the Gua Sha flat against the skin.

2. Glide in gentle strokes following your natural contours.

3. Use downward strokes for lymphatic drainage.

4. Use upward strokes to lift and sculpt.

5. Repeat three to five times per area.

6. Clean your Gua Sha after each use with warm water and your cleanser.

Drinking water before and after helps your lymphatic system clear waste. Pair your Gua Sha with a quiet moment, deep breathing, & intentional touch to create a beautiful ritual for your skin and nervous system.
