Facial Cupping Guide

Facial cupping helps to move stagnant fluid, stimulate circulation, and boost collagen production. These silicone cups are soft and easy to use at home without leaving marks on the skin. When used gently and consistently, they can support a brighter, firmer and more refreshed complexion.

What It Supports:

  • Puffiness & water retention

  • Dull or sluggish skin

  • Fine lines

  • Lymphatic flow

  • Healthy detoxification

  • Overall glow

Facial Cupping Tips:

  1. Always use a nourishing slip - Facial cupping must be done on well lubricated skin to avoid tugging or bruising. We recommend The Grace Face Oil for the perfect glide for your cups.

  2. Less is more. You don’t need strong suction. Squeeze the cup lightly and avoid holding it in one spot.

How To Use Your Cupping Set

Step 1: Prep

Cleanse the skin and gently pat dry. Apply Grace Face Oil to the face, neck and décolletage. Make sure there is enough oil so your tool doesn’t drag the skin.

Step 2: Cupping

1. Gently squeeze the cup, place it on the skin and release to create suction.

2. Glide the cup upwards and outwards without leaving it sitting still.

3. Use the larger cup on the cheeks, forehead and jawline.

4. Use the smaller cup gently under the eyes and to plump lips.

5. Do not use cupping on broken capillaries or very inflamed skin.
