    Best for: skin rejuvenation with a more aesthetic focus

    This consult is ideal if you’re wanting guidance around:

    In this appointment, we’ll assess your facial anatomy, discuss your goals, review treatment options, and ensure everything is medically appropriate and safe for you.

    2. Holistic Skin Consultation

    Best for: Skin concerns that need a deeper understanding and internal/external approach

    This consult is more comprehensive and suited to those dealing with:

Appointment preperation

  • Before You Attend Your Appointment:

    • Parking: The best parking is on Overend Street, but please note it is a tow-away zone after 4 pm. Hampton Street is an alternative.

    • Arrival: Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes before your appointment to ensure we have up to date consent and medical forms.

    We kindly request that you do not attend your appointment if you are feeling unwell or have any signs of infection or viral lesions in the treatment area.

    Cancellation Policy:
    Your appointments are important to us, and we kindly request at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel. This allows us to offer the time slot to another patient.

    Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a fee a fee. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your booking, and the same fees will apply.

  • We introduced this policy to ensure the safest and most relaxing environment for all of our clients. Medical procedures like injectables require full concentration and a sterile space, and we also have clients visiting us for calming facials. Children and additional guests in the treatment room can create distractions and compromise safety standards, so this decision helps us provide the best care possible and was strongly recommended to us by our medical insurance company.

    Unfortunately, our waiting room is often unattended, and we are unable to provide supervision for children. For the safety and comfort of all our clients, we kindly ask that you arrange childcare before your visit. This helps ensure that you and other clients can fully relax and enjoy your treatments as noise echos in our small studio. 

    For children who are old enough, we do have a large undercover area outside the clinic, along with a garden with seating, where they can comfortably wait during your appointment. However, please note that the area is unsupervised, so we recommend ensuring they are safe and occupied while you’re receiving treatment.
