Before You Attend Your Appointment:
Parking: The best parking is on Overend Street, but please note it is a tow-away zone after 4 pm.
Arrival: Please arrive at least 5 minutes before your appointment.
Child-Free Policy: Our clinic is a child-free space to ensure your safety and maintain a calm environment.
Please review the pre- and post-care forms or contact the clinic for any further clarification before your appointment to ensure you are fully prepared. We kindly request that you do not attend your appointment if you are feeling unwell or have any signs of infection or viral lesions in the treatment area. For treatments with our Nurses, we ask that you limit your guests to one person and maintain the quiet atmosphere of the clinic.
Cancellation Policy:
Your appointments are important to us, and we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel. This allows us to offer the time slot to another patient. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a fee of $40 for facials and $80 for injectables. If you are more than 20 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your booking, and the same fees will apply.
