Before You Attend Your Appointment:

• Parking: The best parking is on Overend Street, but please note it is a tow-away zone after 4 pm.

• Arrival: Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes before your appointment.

• Child-Free Policy: Our clinic is a child-free space to ensure your safety and maintain a calm environment.

We kindly request that you do not attend your appointment if you are feeling unwell or have any signs of infection or viral lesions in the treatment area.

For treatments we ask that you don’t bring along guests to maintain the quiet atmosphere of the clinic.

Cancellation Policy:
Your appointments are important to us, and we kindly request at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel. This allows us to offer the time slot to another patient.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will incur a fee a fee. If you are more than 20 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate your booking, and the same fees will apply.
