Is it safe for pregnancy and breastfeeding?:
The product is not recommended to be used whilst pregnant.
Due to limited clinical trials on herbal medicines this supplement should not be used, or used with caution during lactation/breastfeeding.
How long should I take the blend for:
You should expect to see improvements within the first three months of taking the blend- if not please consult a qualified Naturopath, Nutritionist or skin specialist for further support.
Can I mix it with hot or cold drinks to disguise the taste?:
Yes, you can add it to juice or your morning smoothie to help disguise the taste!
Please don’t add boiling water to the mixture as it may damage active constituents of the herbal medicines.
Can I take it if I don't have breakouts?:
Yes, the blend contains nutrients that may support skin health in general.
Will it interfere with any medications?:
No clinically significant interactions between calendula and conventional medications are known to have been reported in the literature to date, including the German Commission E monograph (Blumenthal 1998).
Although the components of dandelion have diuretic properties (Blumenthal 2000), no clinically significant interactions between this herb and diuretic or other medications have been reported in the literature.
Milk thistle: no significant interactions documented.
Holy Basil: no interactions documented in clinical trials.

We have added Natural sweeteners to help with the taste of the herbs.
Can I take it along with Tia Miers Balance?:
Yes, it can be taken alongside Balance Hormone Support. The herbs and nutrients will not contraindicate.
If your bowels become loose please reduce dose of Balance hormone Support to 1x tsp daily as the magnesium dose may be influencing the bowel.
